privacy policy
The Golden Dregs mailing list is run by Pathos Entertainment Ltd ("we"). This page explains what we collect when you sign up, and what we do with it.
what we collect
When you join the mailing list, on our website or through a form on Instagram or Facebook, we collect your email address, your first name (if you give it) and your nearest city.
why we collect it
To send you emails about The Golden Dregs: new music, shows and ticket pre-sales. We use your nearest city to tell you about shows near you. We only email you because you've agreed to it, and you can stop at any time.
who we share it with
We use Brevo to store the mailing list and send our emails. If you sign up through Instagram or Facebook, Meta also processes your details to deliver the form. We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
how long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
your rights
You can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing thegoldendregs@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
